Kid Gloves

Marmaduke Duke, the bizarre musical brainchild of The Atmosphere (Simon Neil of Biffy Clyro) and The Dragon (JP Reid from Sucioperro) release 'Kid Gloves,' the first single off forthcoming second album 'Duke Pandemonium.'
'Kid Gloves' is a journey of entrancing vocals and stripped down electronica. Haunting, mystical and somewhat charming, The Duke's second outing is part two of three, a trilogy described as "mythological." The Duke's first outing, 'The Magnificent Duke' saw his slow decline into a state of what could be described as lunacy, embodied in three contrasting musical elements.
The sequel shows just how The Duke is back and ready to get on the party bus. 'Kid Gloves' is more the leisurely bus journey than the party room itself, though. A slow, restrained drawing of preparation, decadence and dancing that is inevitable of Marmaduke Duke.
