'I Want You To Know' is an mp3 taster of things to come from Dinosaur Jr's 'Farm' album, due out on 22nd June.
The sound is thick and gloopy, just as you've come to expect from these exponents of distortion-soaked pop rock. A standard slice of big, resonant guitar riffing with dour, quivering vocals that tell of high school era love and heart-warming naivety. The track has that trademark Dino Jr slackness about it, like it's just been jammed in the garage and then quickly laid down. Perhaps lacking the same energy as they once did for long time fans, this tune certainly has got that pulverising, melodic vigour.
