Arthur Rigby & The Baskervylles celebrate single launch with 60-piece concert orchestra

Arthur Rigby & The Baskervylles will be launching their first single 'On my Own' on Saturday 28th November with a gig in York with the 60-piece University of York Concert Orchestra.

During the summer the band recorded the single with 12 musicians and said to Leeds Music Scene that "the finished songs sounds better than ever before" [compared to their previous use of orchestral backing tracks].

The single will be available to buy on the night of the launch event with Digital Downloads available from Monday 30th November.

Tickets for the York gig are on sale at £5.

Ben and Alex, the duo behind Arthur Rigby & The Baskervylles, have taken the decision to play live shows as a 9-piece band, including 2 violins, bass, piano, trumpet, sax/flute and trombone and will be launching their new line-up on 27th October at the Packhorse as part of the 'Where Spaceships Go..' nights.
