Following on quickly from last weekend's announcement of the six Futuresound 2010 winners, Leeds Festival organisers have this week announced the full line up for the BBC Introducing Stage.

As overall winners of Futuresound local band Kasiuss will open the Festival Republic Stage on Saturday 28th Leeds.

The other five will play on the BBC Introducing Stage with Club Smith and Soul Circus appearing on the Friday, Blacklisters and Runaround Kids on the Saturday, and Wot Gorilla? playing on Sunday.

Other local bands set to appear on the stage include Penguin - who were selected via the Martin House Children's Hospice "Centre Stage" battle of the bands - and Sketches.

Once again the BBC Introducing Stage will host the opening night festivities. Hosted by Leeds independent record label Dance To The Radio, the stage will warm up revellers on the Thursday evening from 7pm to 11pm. Alongside the Dance To The Radio DJs will be local bands Chickenhawk and Spectrals, plus Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly (headliners), Bear In Heaven, and The Neat.

FRIDAY: The Law, Shockparade, Motion Picture Soundtrack, Love Ends Disaster, Midi Midis, The Invasion Of..., My Forever, Lady Fortune, Rotating Leslie, Penguin, Soul Circus, and Club Smith.

SATURDAY: Gallops, Redtrack, Lafaro, Exit International, Reaper In Sicily, The Brilliant Things, Nerves, Peers, Runaround Kids, Kverlertak, and Blacklisters.

SUNDAY: Little Fish, Arcs and Trauma, End Of Level Baddie, Mr Fogg, Stagecoach, The Mighty Stef, Sketches, Wilder, We're Only Afraid Of NYC, G.A.N.G., Amy's Ghost, Our Fold, and Wot Gorilla?
