Leeds music venue Empire are to host a festival this weekend, with all donations going to Marie Curie Cancer Care.

The 'Over The Bridge' Festival takes place over three days (Friday 25th, Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th November) and features a number of local bands and solo musicians.

The music will start at 6pm on Friday and runs through to 11pm on Sunday night. Entry is free, although all music fans will be asked to make a donation towards the charity.

Appearing on the Friday night are PseudoNympho, Secret Society, Shotgun Opera, The Shrinks, Small Words and Littlecrazy.

The first live band will take to the stage on Saturday at 3.15pm, with the full line up being Redwire, Selby Green, Of Moths & Stars, City of Lights, The Gonzo's, Otiks, Deadwall, The Ora and Modern Dance.

Sunday will be a little more chilled out with acoustic sessions taking place throughout the day. Expect performances from Jonny Lee Hart, Matt Bentley, Lucy Perry, Dean England, The World Service, Belle Vue, The French Defense, and Mark Otway.
