Beacons Metro, the intercity festival kicked off last weekend, with East India Youth and Ghost Culture opening Leeds newest venue, Headrow House.

Evolving from a weekend festival held in Skipton, to Beacons Metro is a festival that runs over 12 weeks, with 90 bands, playing more than 45 shows. The venues taking part are Headrow House, Belgrave Music Hall, Wharf Chambers and Canal Mills. Hosting a diverse range of music, from Dance to Grime, Alt Rock to Post Punk, there is something for everyone.

Tonight, 5th October, Beacons Metro continues at Headrow House with a Free Entry show, doors at 7pm for Nai Harvest with support from: Bloody Knees, Abattoir Blues and Forever Cult.
