Troy Faid Trio on May 14th at the Grove Inn, Leeds
The Grove Inn sees the return of one of the most promising artists in the UK, Troy Faid, on May 14th from 8pm, free entry. His music is an extraordinary mix of jazz, blues, folk as well as worldmusic, his songwriting being outstandingly creative, diverse and innovative. His fingerstyle jazz guitar and earlyold voice communicate a desirous music. He has been championed by a number of internationally renowned artists including Joan Armatrading and Tom Robinson. He will perform as a trio, with Tim Loud on double bass and Pat Bannon on drums. Special guest on the night will be Tim Loud, another fascinating singer-songwriter from Leeds with a refined 12-string-guitar set.
