More bands have this week been announced for the 02 Wireless Festival taking place at Leeds’ Harewood House on 24/25th June. New additions to the ever expanding line up include Clor, Sway, Midlake, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly (all Saturday), The 88, Bob Mould, The Upper Room and The Answer (Sunday).

With media partners XFM, Galaxy Radio, Radio Aire and Channel 4 broadcasting highlights from the event, the O2 Wireless Festival looks set to be both London and Leeds’ live summer music event of the year. Stuart Galbraith, Managing Director at Live Nation, says:

“As a result of our incredible launch in London in 2005, we are able to take the Festival to Leeds this year – an equally thriving and diverse city with a thirst for live music, making the O2 Wireless Festival even more accessible for live music lovers nationwide.”
