Biography

Ins and Outs are a Leeds based rock and roll band who write songs for people to singalong with!

This band is no longer active. It may have split up or changed its name.

Formed early in 2006 in Leeds. The Ins and Outs are 5 lads coming together with the aim of writing rock and roll songs which make the audience sit up, take notice, and want to see us again. This confident band really thrive on working together, often under pressure and strain from each others demands to constantly better the band. But always with the idea that everything they do they do it to make the best music possible. These five boys from the city live with a passion and willin to cope with the highs, lows and periods of hanging around in the middle. We are 'ins and outs' and you can join us as we climb the music scene's staircase!

I was at their last gig and was really impressed. they were raw but you could here some very very impressive work coming through with a bit more time they will be a very good band. worth a look!keep going lads. ps if you have not realised i am not really eddie vedder although some times i wish i was lol.
