Leeds based band Decree are Pippa Beaumont (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, bass) and Abby Mottram (harmonies,lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass).

Pippa (23) from Oxford and Abby (22) from Leicester started playing and writing songs together in their first year of university at the beginning of 2003. Making their debut at the Coconut Cafe, Hyde Park in November 2004, they have since performed a series of gigs, both as a duo and with guest drummers Sian Mullen, Ralph Tidmarsh, Chris Verney and David Lloyd..
