The Leeds Festival organisers have today revealed the line-up for the first Festival Republic Stage (formerly Carling Stage). The Leeds Festival, now in its 10th year, takes place at Bramham Park over the Bank Holiday weekend on August 22nd, 23rd and 24th.

The Friday night festivities will close with the triple-header of The Kills, Wiley and Glasvegas. The highlights on Saturday will be Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip, Does It Offend You, Yeah? and Late Of The Pier, while Sunday’s headliners will be York’s Elliot Minor, The Audition and All Time Low.

As well as the headliners, Leeds band Wild Beasts will also take to the stage. The band has just released their debut album, ‘Limbo Panto’, to much critical acclaim.

Other bands appearing on the Festival Republic Stage over the weekend are Los Campesinos, The Rascals, Twisted Wheel, Johnny Foreigner, You And Me At 6, Ida Maria, Collapsing, The Teenagers, Friendly Fires, Black Kids, Teenagers In Tokyo, Cage The Elephant, Fight Like Apes, Lovvers, These New Puritans, Natty, Emmy The Great, Florence and the Machine, White Denim, XX Teens, Fighting With Wire, In Case Of Fire, Black Acid, Black Tide, Jubilee, Teenagers in Tokyo, Louis XIV and Sergeant.

There is still more yet to come with the BBC Introducing Stage. Thirty Leeds bands are currently taking part in the annual Futuresound competition in an attempt to secure one of five places, and more unsigned bands will get their opportunity through the BBC and Sandman Magazine.
