Following the extremely successful launch last month, The Crow Knows Music would like to present;

'Empire of Crows - Christmas Special' @ Empire (Leeds), Thursday 22nd December.

THE WORDS -

The Words are a 4 piece indie rock band based in Manchester who are developing an exciting reputation as one of the top up and coming bands in the country by combining an incredible passion for music with the ability to create 'music for the masses'.

Drawing on an enormous range of influences from David Bowie through to The Strokes, The Words have managed to create their own unique style of music that both entertains and excites.


BRITISH RACING GREEN -

'Roaring, weaving, Stooges-esque guitars; soaring, sneering vocals and
a thundering rhythm section make for a live set that will live long in
the memory. British garage rock to get your teeth into.'


AUDITCONTROL -

Huddersfield based 5 piece auditCONTROL formed after years of acoustic medleys, boozy nights and travelling. Working and rehearsing from of all places a church basement in the moors, the band performed a series of intimate sets at venues across West-Yorkshire.

With an atmospheric live sound, they mix big soaring guitars and fiendish lyrics with soothing Feedback with influences as far ranging as Lou Reed and Joy Division to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and KOL.


IN BETWEEN ECHOES -

In Between Echoes are a Funk/soul and Blues band, gigging in and around Leeds.
