"A simple, unassuming and unpretentious track that is comfortable in its own skin - which is a rarity in these days of noisey posturing and promotion"? - All-Noise

Danny & the Lost Souls:

Soul satisfaction is guaranteed, this unique brand of passionate and dynamic funk grooves are liable to make you move on up. Danny and the group have performed Leeds' most prestigious venues, including the Brudenell Social Club and the Cockpit, alongside releasing their debut EP 'Nostalgia Isn't What it Used to Be', performing a live session on BBC Introducing, and have a song ('Soul Candy') available for download on the video-game Rockband for Xbox 360.

'The superb Danny Toeman. When I met him at the 360 Club at the Library, he sort of struck me as being a much younger, even funkier Richard Dreyfuss. Just something about him... and then there's that incredible singing voice, how cool can you get?! That guy's amazing'
Alan Raw - BBC Introducing.

'Clearly a young gentleman who feels an affinity with the likes of James Brown and Little Richard, Danny has honed his voice in a way that normally requires 30 years of solid chain-smoking and liberal applications of spirits directly to the wind-pipe. The rest of the band provide a proper lesson in ballsy groove - heavy drumbeats, a sickeningly filthy Clav sound and smooth-as-you-like bass. The songs themselves are a lesson in good Soul writing and it's staggering to think they're original'
Tim Hearson - Leeds Music Scene

'the epitome of pure soul ... so bloody smooth it feels like sailing down a river of melted chocolate.' Nima Baniamer, croon.co.uk

'Front man Danny is the epitome of cool with a powerful, soulful voice and the ability to combine this with audacious soloing almost reminiscent of Hendrix' - Rebecca Atkinson - Leeds Music Scene.

The Indecision: www.facebook.com/theindecision.band

Return to 360 after blowing us away last time they played...seriously good shit!

The Indecision create their music with the ideals and love of 1960s ska and rocksteady. The six-piece combine elastic up-tempo rhythms with narratives of life and it's heartaches to create an energetic, purposeful sound to pick up your feet to.

Black Diamond Bay

Backyards

"Everything is incorporated into Backyards' sound; much more than the simple Indie dynamics of guitar, bass and drums. Keyboards make an appearance, string sections...and music that is atmospheric; contrasting between dark and light, upbeat and melancholic." - AltSounds.Com

Danny and the Lost Souls

Funk, Soul, Rock & Roll

The Indecision

The Indecision creates their uniquely flavoured music with ideals (and love) firmly rooted in 1960s ska and rocksteady ideology. The British seven-piece combine elastic up-tempo rhythms along with a few narratives of life; the happiness and heartaches and the triumphs and troubles it brings, to create an energetic, purposeful sound to pick up your feet to. 'New Faces', released in September 2013 with Do The Dog Records, showcases a rich and refreshing blend of ska and rocksteady, recorded and produced entirely by the band themselves. Through three singers and a three-piece horn section, 'New Faces' gives a definition to their sweet and soulful sound, from the bouncy ska of 'Sweet Girl', to the spacious, solid rocksteady groove of 'Who Are You Dancing For?'. The Indecision's music creates an atmosphere that comes across in no better place than its natural live environment. Designed to channel your feel-good factor, make sure you check out The Indecision live, soon.
