Well, the weather outside is certainly frightful. But the mood in The Library is delightful (Did I really just type that?) Anyway, it's Christmas time, it's the last 360 Club of the year, and it looks set to be a cracker (pun most definitely intended).

Live Review: Willy Mason
Always something of a contradiction - a grunge-attired, rock-loving, Martha's Vineyard-raised young folk singer before such a thing had become fashionable and mainstream - Willy Mason ambles on stage wearing an ill-fitting suit and a wispy prairie beard that give him the appearance of an Amish english teacher or a dust bowl preacher making ends meet by working a nine-to-five office job.

Live Review: WU LYF
WU LYF burst onto the scene with such a deliberate sense of mystery and obfuscation, what with their manifestos, emblems, alter egos, the reluctance to reveal their faces, the unintelligible lyrics and the wilful shunning of the music business, that it initially comes as a slight disappointment to find that the band is in fact comprised of four rather normal looking young men from the north who wouldn't look out of place in your average student union, despite their obvious penchant for performing topless.
