Leeds will host an alt country / Americana festival this September and with tickets almost sold out we're pleased to announce that you could win tickets through Leeds Music Scene.

The Wagon Week festival takes place between Thursday 9th September and Tuesday 14th September and celebrates the best in Americana, folk, bluegrass, alt country and rock.

Each night will be held at TJ's Woodhouse Club - a 500 capacity venue near Hyde Park in Leeds - except for the last day which will be at the Irish Centre on York Road.

There will also be a free warm up event at Nation of Shopkeepers on Sunday 22nd August featuring Tom Attah and Tsar Nicholas IIIrd and the Exiles plus guests, along with a closing event on 29th September at Brudenell Social Club featuring Rhode Island's Deer Tick plus guests.

At TJ's the Wagon Week festival features The Low Anthem (Thursday 9th September), The Felice Brothers (Saturday 11th September) and Black Mountain (Sunday 12th September), while the Irish Centre event on Tuesday 14th September will be headlined by Old Crow Medicine Show. All events have amazing support acts.

With a couple of nights almost sold out, Leeds Music Scene has some hot tickets for the event to give away. We have a pair of tickets for The Low Anthem and another pair of tickets for the Old Crow Medicine Show.
