Orka have changed their name to Blue Skies and will go into the studio in early February to record a four-track EP. The EP is set for release through Adventure Records, the new label set up by former Virgin Records boss Paul Conroy, who has previously worked with The Spice Girls, The Verve, Placebo, Gomez and Leeds' very own The Music. The band are now managed by Chris Difford (Squeeze) and Clive Banks at CBL.

You can catch Blue Skies performing at Joseph's Well on Saturday February 1st.
