Tickets for Leeds Festival 2011 will go on sale this morning, Thursday 17th March, at 9am.

This is a limited 3 day sale of tickets to Vodafone VIP subscribers ahead of the general public release on Monday 21st March.

Tickets for Leeds 2011 have increased in price this year, in part due to inflation and in part due to the increase in VAT.

Weekend tickets will be priced at £192.50, an increase of £12.50 from 2010 levels. Day tickets will cost £82.50, up from £75 the previous year.

There will be a £7 per ticket booking fee applied by most official ticket agencies, such as See Tickets and TicketMaster.

The line up for Leeds 2011 will take place on Monday 21st March at 7pm. Once again, the headliners will be revealed by Zane Lowe live on BBC Radio One. The tickets will go on sale at the same time.
