The line up for Leeds 2011 was announced this evening at 715pm live on BBC Radio One's Zane Lowe show.

As well as the announcement for the Main Stage headliners, festival organisers Festival Republic also revealed the headliners for the NME / BBC Radio One and Festival Republic Stages, along with selected highlights from across the weekend.

Rumours this year were coming in thick and fast on our Leeds Festival rumours page, with a lot of festival fans guessing the line up correctly.

The headliners of the Main Stage at Leeds Festival are:

Muse (Friday)
My Chemical Romance (Saturday)
Pulp (Sunday)

Supporting Muse on the Friday are Elbow, Interpol, Friendly Fires, Enter Shikari, The View, Frank Turner, Taking Back Sunday and We Are The Ocean.

Main Stage support acts on the Saturday are Thirty Seconds To Mars, The Offspring, Deftones, Rise Against, Bring Me The Horizon, New Found Glory, The Blackout and Architects.

Supports on the Sunday will be The Strokes, The National, Jimmy Eat World, Madness, Two Door Cinema Club, Seasick Steve, The Pigeon Detectives and The Joy Formidable.

The NME / Radio One Stage headliners will be:

2manydjs (Friday)
Beady Eye (Saturday)
Jane's Addiction (Sunday).

On the Friday with 2manydjs will be The Streets, with other acts including Death Above 1979, Panic! At The Disco, Warpaint, Chapel Club and Cage The Elephant.

With Beady Eye on Saturday are White Lies, Noah & The Whale, The Vaccines, Metronomy, Patrick Wolf and The Naked And Famous.

Appearing with Jane's Addiction are Crystal Castles, with the rest of the Sunday line up completed by Bombay Bicycle Club, Everything Everything, The Kills and OFWGKTA.

The Festival Republic Stage bands are:

Peter Doherty (Friday)
The Horrors (Saturday)
The Midnight Beast (Sunday)

As well as the line up, Leeds 2011 tickets will also go on sale this evening. Weekend tickets will be priced at £192.50, Day tickets are £82.50, and Early Entry tickets will be £15.
