Leeds band The Pigeon Detectives have been added to the bill at MFEST, a new summer festival that will take place on the weekend of Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th July in the beautiful grounds of Harewood House.

Other additions today are Sophie Ellis Bextor, Mike Peters, Lawson, Delilah, Stephanie Kirkham and BibleCode Sundays.

They join a line up that already boasts Texas, The Human League, Bob Geldof, Matt Cardle, Beverley Knight, From the Jam, The Low Suns, The Blockheads, Cher Lloyd, Clement Marfo and the Frontline, Paul Heaton, Glen Matlock, Secret Affair, Missing Andy, The Levellers, Inspiral Carpets, Heaven 17, The Farm, Scouting For Girls and Soul II Soul.

MFEST has a capacity of 15,000 per day and gates will open at 11am.

Tickets for the event cost £47.50 (weekend) and £25 (single day) and are available now via the Harewood House page on the Yorkshire Gig Guide website.

£5 from every ticket sale will go to Morrisons Raise a Smile charity for Save the Children.
