We are The Velveteens, a five piece band based in Leeds.

Our songs combine the raucous sound of 60's garage with a modern sensibility, awash with harmonies and guitar/keyboard driven melody. Our melting pot of influences across time become fully apparent when songs in the set range from from fast rhythm and blues right through to mid tempo waltzes. Having played the jazz café in Camden and several festivals enjoyment is guaranteed!.
