The Hightones are bringing back rhythm and blues (the rock and roll kind) to the circuit adding a modern touch on the way. The current line up is Alex Dolata (Guitar/Vocals), Tom Lea (Guitar/Harmonica/Vocals), Mike Holman (Bass/Guitar) and Luke Jones (Drums). Drawing on their influences such as The Small Faces, Dylan and The Yardbirds they have created what is trully a unique sound amongst modern bands. The Hightones have been playing gigs in and around Leeds and received rave reviews when they headlined the Cockpit in September.
