Kaiser Chiefs release the fourth single to be taken from their Mercury-nominated debut album "Employment" on Monday, November 7th.

The single - "Modern Way" - comes in 7" and CD formats with B-sides including "Run Again" (7" version), "People Need Light" (CD1) and "Moon" (CD2).
