Formed early in 2006 in Leeds. The Ins and Outs are 5 lads coming together with the aim of writing rock and roll songs which make the audience sit up, take notice, and want to see us again. This confident band really thrive on working together, often under pressure and strain from each others demands to constantly better the band. But always with the idea that everything they do they do it to make the best music possible. These five boys from the city live with a passion and willin to cope with the highs, lows and periods of hanging around in the middle. We are 'ins and outs' and you can join us as we climb the music scene's staircase!.
