The Invention will be embarking on a week long trip to Japan in support of their already popular debut album over there. The band will play 2 gigs whilst there, the first at Tokyo Liquid Room with The Cooper Temple Clause on 12th April followed by a show at Tokyo Mosaic on 14th April.

The Invention released 'A Shock To The System' in Japan on Vinyl Junkie Recordings on 17th January 2007. The album is available in the UK on import through Rough Trade.
