19th-21st October will see the second Brainwash Festival take place at the Brudenell Social Club and Royal Park Cellars venues in Leeds, and once again all profits will be going to charity.

The festival's primary charity will be Oxfam, with a percentage this year also heading to the Weston Park Cancer Appeal in Sheffield, and Village Aid in Bakewell, Derbyshire.

Last year's event raised around £3,000 and this year's event is to be sponsored by Drowned In Sound.

This year, for £6 per day or £15 weekend, you will be treated to some of the most exciting underground music around, passing through an eclectic genre mix of rock, folk, metal, hardcore, post-rock, electronica, experimental and much in between.

Wristbands will be on sale on Wednesday, 19th September from Jumbo and Crash Records.

Friday 19th October will be headlined by Oxford based 5 piece Youthmovies; Clark and Unsane will headline on the Saturday; and Adem will close Sunday's proceedings.
