The overall winner of Futuresound 2009 were revealed today as Middleman.After a tense day yesterday - which saw Leeds Music Forum servers crash under the volume of Leeds bands and music fans keen to find out the winning 6 bands - organisers today completed their announcement.
All bands will appear at both Leeds and Reading Festivals, with the five runners up (Kinch, The Old Romantic Killer Band, Milk White White Teeth, Wonderswan and Chickenhawk) appearing on the BBC Introducing Stage and Middlman appearing on the Festival Republic Stage.
