Leeds post-metal quartet Envoys have released their self-recorded debut album 'Violescent' on 12 inch vinyl, CD and digital formats.

The album is available to purchase online from the band's website and will be on sale at the release gig on Friday August 2nd at The Packhorse, where Envoys will be playing with Leeds stablemates Sunwolf and Cattle, as well as Hartlepool's Future Horizons.

Violescent was self-recorded by the band at The Mutts Nutts Studio in Armley, before being mastered by Leeds' own Tom Woodhead of Hippocratic Mastering.

A full release on 12-inch vinyl was made possible by supporters of the band, who pre-ordered the album to help fund the release.

Envoys are planning further UK dates and a mini tour of Europe later this year.
