Dance To The Radio to host a Leeds Festival party on the Topman Stage

Leeds Festival 2007 will kick off in extra special style, with a pre-event showcase from the Leeds-based Dance To The Radio record label.

The label, still celebrating the success of The Pigeon Detectives' top 3 album, will host a "Welcome to Leeds 07" party on the Topman Stage on the Thursday evening (23rd August). The party will be headlined by ¡Forward, Russia!, with Sheffield's The Wallbirds joined by Leeds-based Sky Larkin, Shut Your Eyes And You'll Burst Into Flames and Grammatics in completing the line-up.

The appearance from ¡Forward, Russia! will be their first in the UK since returning from Seattle where they recently recorded their second album, the follow up to 2006's Give Me A Wall.
