Andie Mills to release his tenth solo album
Andie Mills, singer with BBC 6Music faves Monmon, will release a new album on his Joli Rouge record label.
Released in January 2008, "All We Have to Sell" is Mills' tenth solo album and is entirely acoustic; songs are performed on guitar and octave mandola, supplemented by the fiddle playing of Richard Doherty.
The material has musical references to sixties songwriters Bert Jansch and Davy Graham, as well as more traditional folk sounds, including a Scots-Gaelic rendition of the Mills-penned Monmon tune "Telebhisean".
The album will be available from gigs, record shops and on-line.

No one review has pinned down a paticular sound that this band creates, a fusion of individual influences creates a poppier version of QOTSA while also showing Serafin, Nine Black Alps, DFA1979, Muse and many many more.
