The Velvet Orchestra to release limited edition EP
The Velvet Orchestra have revealed they are set to release a new EP on 7th July. The 'Riddles and Tales' EP will initially be released as an extremely limited run of cassettes, with the buyers using activation codes found on the packaging to receive special MP3 bonuses.
The cassette contains 6 tracks, including an exclusive new song, and is available to pre-order now for £3 (+ £1 p+p).
This exclusive release is being brought to us from Leeds label Salt the Wound Records, to partner with the release of The Velvet Orchestra and Solus Locus Split 7" single (13th June) which has gained extremely positive reviews, the vinyl single is still available for purchase in Crash Records and Jumbo.
The Velvet Orchestra can be seen live at a special instore appearance at Zavvi on 25th August at 13:45, then plan to kick off their September tour with a gig at the Leeds Cockpit with Das Wanderlust on September 6th.
